Collagen and skin quality
Juvelook, HArmonyCa, MCT, Sculptra and Radiesse, selected around skin quality, tissue support and individual goals.
Explore five distinct options with different compositions and mechanisms. The consultation explains gradual collagen stimulation, structural support and the separate role of autologous MCT preparations, so the treatment matches your anatomy and expectations.

Treatment
Gradual collagen support and skin refinement
Juvelook combines poly-D,L-lactic acid (PDLLA) microparticles with hyaluronic acid. The hyaluronic acid supports hydration, while PDLLA stimulates a gradual collagen response. It is considered for fine lines, uneven texture and selected acne scars. The clinician assesses the scar type and skin quality, chooses the appropriate formulation and explains the staged plan. Improvement develops progressively; swelling, bruising and nodules are possible.

Treatment
Hybrid support with a collagen-stimulating component
HArmonyCa combines cross-linked hyaluronic acid and calcium hydroxyapatite in one injectable. The gel provides initial soft-tissue support, while the calcium hydroxyapatite component promotes collagen formation over time. It can improve contour and firmness in suitable facial areas. Assessment determines placement and suitability; it is not intended for every facial region. The clinician discusses swelling, bruising, nodules and the rare vascular risks associated with injections.

Treatment
An individual approach using your own blood-derived preparation
MCT uses controlled light and temperature to process a preparation derived from the patient’s own blood, such as platelet-rich plasma, before clinical use. It is a preparation technology with a different mechanism from injectable collagen-stimulating particles. Consultation covers the proposed skin-quality application, blood collection, suitability and aftercare. Evidence and expected benefit depend on the preparation and application; results are not guaranteed and claims of reversing ageing are not made.

Treatment
Progressive restoration of collagen and facial support
Sculptra contains poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) microparticles that stimulate collagen production as they are gradually absorbed. Treatment is used to improve selected facial folds and volume loss through progressive tissue support. Changes emerge over a planned course rather than being judged from immediate post-injection fullness. The clinician assesses facial structure, explains realistic correction and gives aftercare instructions, including discussion of bruising, swelling and delayed nodules.

Treatment
Structural support with calcium-based collagen stimulation
Radiesse contains calcium hydroxyapatite microspheres suspended in a gel carrier. The gel initially supports the treated area, while the microspheres stimulate collagen formation as the carrier is absorbed. Treatment can address suitable facial folds and contour deficiencies. Product choice and technique depend on anatomy and the intended correction. Consultation includes realistic expectations and injection risks; lip and under-eye treatment are not assumed to be suitable.
