Targeted laser treatments
Eight laser services for facial skin quality, surface renewal, lips, the eye and brow area, hair thinning and active acne.
Fotona combines versatile laser modes with precise clinical planning. Each service has a different target and protocol; the clinician selects the approach according to your skin, anatomy and medical history, with suitable protection and aftercare.

Treatment
Four complementary stages for facial skin quality
Fotona 4D combines Er:YAG and Nd:YAG wavelengths in a staged facial protocol. SmoothLiftin treats from inside the mouth, FRAC3 addresses selected deeper skin concerns, PIANO provides bulk heating, and SupErficial refines the surface. Together these stages aim to improve firmness, fine lines and texture. The clinician assesses skin and oral suitability, adapts the plan and explains aftercare. Results are gradual and vary; the procedure does not reproduce a surgical facelift.

Treatment
Controlled laser renewal of the skin surface
Fotona resurfacing uses Er:YAG laser energy to remove precisely selected superficial tissue, either fractionally or across a treated area. It encourages replacement of damaged surface skin and collagen remodelling, helping suitable fine lines, rough texture and certain scars. The clinician selects depth and coverage according to skin tone, scarring risk and goals. Redness and peeling depend on intensity, and careful sun protection is essential to reduce pigment complications.

Laser support for lip texture and definition
LipLase uses controlled Er:YAG laser heating to stimulate collagen remodelling in and around the lips. The aim is a gradual improvement in smoothness, definition and a naturally fuller appearance without adding filler material. Treatment is planned around lip anatomy and the degree of change sought. The clinician reviews cold-sore history and explains possible temporary sensitivity or swelling. Results are variable and should be judged as subtle tissue improvement.

Treatment
Collagen-focused care around the eyes
SmoothEye applies non-ablative Er:YAG SMOOTH laser energy to suitable periocular skin. Controlled heating encourages collagen contraction and remodelling to soften fine lines and improve mild skin laxity. The clinician assesses eyelid anatomy and confirms appropriate eye protection and treatment boundaries. This is skin-focused care: it does not treat eye disease or remove substantial excess eyelid skin. Individual response and the need for further sessions are reviewed during follow-up.

Treatment
Subtle upper-face and brow refinement
Vector Lift uses Fotona’s non-ablative Er:YAG SMOOTH mode in an upper-face protocol to promote collagen remodelling and skin tightening. It focuses on mild brow-tail descent and the appearance of the upper eyelid area. The clinician assesses whether the concern comes from skin laxity, brow position or excess eyelid skin before recommending treatment. Appropriate eye protection is essential. The aim is subtle improvement; pronounced drooping may need a different approach.

Laser stimulation for suitable hair-thinning concerns
Fotona HAIRestart applies controlled Er:YAG SMOOTH thermal pulses to the scalp to support follicular activity in suitable hair-loss conditions. It is considered as part of a plan to improve the appearance of hair density and thickness. The clinician first investigates the cause of thinning, scalp inflammation and medical contributors. Existing follicles and individual response matter; treatment does not transplant hair or guarantee regrowth where follicles have been permanently lost.

Treatment
A tailored laser approach to firmness and early lines
Fotona skin rejuvenation uses selected laser modes to deliver controlled thermal stimulation for collagen remodelling. This service focuses on early fine lines, mild loss of firmness and overall skin quality, with the wavelength and treatment pattern chosen after examination. It is planned separately from ablative resurfacing, which removes surface tissue. The clinician explains the specific approach, pigment risks and protective aftercare, and reviews gradual changes rather than promising a fixed result.

Treatment
Laser care within a medically assessed acne plan
Fotona’s Nd:YAG acne approach uses controlled heating to target processes associated with inflammatory acne and overactive sebaceous glands. It may help reduce inflammatory lesions in selected patients. The clinician grades acne, reviews medicines and skin tone, and decides how laser fits alongside established acne care. This treatment addresses active breakouts; scar resurfacing is assessed separately. It is not a universal cure, and follow-up is needed to monitor response and recurrence.
